Kigali is the capital city of Rwanda, roughly in the center of the country. It sprawls across numerous hills, ridges and valleys, and has a vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene. The Kigali Genocide Memorial documents the 1994 mass killings in Rwanda, associated with the country’s civil war. The city’s Caplaki Crafts Village has stalls selling traditional handicrafts, including woodcarvings and woven baskets.

Every adventure tour has an Adventure Pass, which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income.
Day 1. Kigali, Rwanda
Rwanda is a tiny landlocked country in the heart of East Africa, which is for many people one of the continent’s biggest surprises. Much of the country is covered in lush cool mountains and the second name of the country is {A THOUSAND HILL COUNTRY}. Despite being well known for the tragic Genocide in 1994 a brutal chapter in a complex between Hutu and Tutsi groups.
You will be picked from the airport to the hotel.
Day 2. Kigali to Kabale, Uganda
After breakfast we take a tour in the capital city of Rwanda, Kigali where we will have a chance to visit The Kigali Genocide Memorial, a place of remembrance and learning dedicated to the victims of the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, this offers a powerful experience for the visitors promoting reconciliation and building peace through education. After the tour and lunch, we say goodbye to Rwanda crossing the border to Uganda. We travel 130KM to Kabale town, this will be a 3hour drive through an amazing scenery. We will arrive at the hotel late evening and have time to relax as you unpack and prepare your trekking gear for unforgettable memories.,
Day3: Kabale Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
This activity will start early morning since it’s a trekking day. You will be driven to the forest information center. After briefing on safety, you will be divided in groups of 8 with each group having a guide and a ranger.
Trek will be exciting since you will be hunting for gorillas, this might take up to 6 hours depending on how lucky we will be finding them. The gorillas move around through the thick forest with overhanging vines and giant lobelias thine in the tropical climate area.
Bwindi Forest National Park was designated as a National Park in 1991 and in 1994, it was listed as a UNESCO world heritage site because of its ecological importance. The Park has about 900 mountain goulash left in the world and it is a fantastic time and huge opportunities to spend one hour with them. After your unforgettable memories, you will be transferred back to the hotel for a free easy evening.
Day 4. Kabale Town: Visit Lake Bunyonyi
Lake BUNYONYI is a crater lake in Africa and borders Rwanda. It is located in South western Uganda close to Kabale city.
Lake BUNYONYI with its winding shores is 25KM long and 7KM wide and has a total of 29 islands. The punishment island is as historical as unmarried pregnant girls in Uganda were seen as a disgrace to the family and more important as a source of lost weight since a virgin girl was traded for cattle to be married. If a girl could become pregnant before marriage it was dishonor and a big shame to the family, so the girls were sent there to die.
Scientific literature generally quotes a maximum depth of 40M [130ft] but local insist its much deeper about 900M[3000ft] which makes it the second deepest lake in Africa.
Day 5. Kabale To Kampala
After having a great time in KABALE, we will be heading to the capital city of Uganda Kampala and crossing the Equator. The total drive will be 410KM which will take 7hours including the stop in between.
At the Equator, we will stop for a photo session and also have a demonstration to differentiate the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere. Later we will have lunch at the Equator after lunch we will proceed our journey into the capital city of Uganda -Kampala.
Day 6. Kampala to Nakitama (Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary)
After an early morning breakfast, we depart to NAKITOMA which is 175KM and will take 5hours to our destination. On arrival we will have our lunch and visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where we will get an opportunity to see the Rhinos at a close range which will be done by tracking.
Uganda is known to have a large number of Rhinos us spices. Especially Northern white Rhinos were spotted in North Western Uganda, Southern Chad, Central Africa Republic, South Western Republic and Northern Democratic Republic of Congo. Ziwa Rhino is a sanctuary where the Rhinos are protected from pouching.
Afterwards we will head to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Kampala to Jinja
After breakfast we will depart to Jinja, the drive will be 220KM which will take 5hours including a few stops on our way to Jinja.
While in Jinja we will be staying at the river bank of the worlds famous RIVER NILE. River Nile is the longest river in Africa covering a distance of 6650KM.
The name Jinja means ROCK. The source of River Nile is located in Jinja which was discovered by Captain JOHN HANNING SPEKE who was an English Explore and an Officer at British Indian Army.
Day 8: Jinja
On this day Weill be having a full day to explore Jinja town with some optional activities as highlighted

Day 9: Jinja to Kembu
After an early morning breakfast, we will be saying goodbye to Uganda as we cross the border heading to Kenya. After the border formalities we are going to take a long day drive to Nakuru which will be 420KM translating into 10hour. We will have lunch on the way. On arrival to Nakuru where dinner will be served and overnight stay.
Day 10: Nakuru
On this day we will have a full day at Lake Nakuru National Park and also take our lunch in one of the picnic sites.
Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for Bird watching, hiking, picnic and game drives.
Day 11: Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast we depart to Naivasha, which will be 80KM from Nakuru town, a 2hour drive to lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in Kenya outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru county.
Naivasha as its one of the greatest place and one of the most famous places due the farming of roses flowers. Nearly 50% of the rose’s flowers in the world come from Naivasha and the main market is in Holland before it being taken to other places of the world.
From our hotel to Naivasha the distance to cover will be 210Km which will take nearly 6 hours drive due to stops in between as there will be some historical sites to visit.
Elsamere visit and Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The lake is almost 13kms across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres.
Lake area varies greatly according to rainfall, with an average range between 114 and 991 sq. kms. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Naivasha completely dried up and effectively disappeared. The resulting open land was farmed, until heavy rains a few years later caused the lake to return to existence, swallowing up the newly established estates.
The lake and its surroundings are rich in natural bounty, and the fertile soils and water supply have made this one of Kenya’s prime agricultural regions. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree.
At 0330 hours, embark on your afternoon boat ride on the shore of the lake and a visit to Elsamere Museum for a short movie of “Born Free” and High Tea before departing back to the lodge for dinner.
Day 12: Exploring Naivasha
After breakfast we will be doing an amazing activity which will give you a close encounter with wildlife. Nature walk is an activity that will give you a spectacular moment to come to wildlife from a range of 5 to 10 metres. This will be done in a open area where the animals moves freely and if you are lucky you will be apple to see some hyenas, jackals and some cats as leopards. The activity will be included and it always happen in the morning as that the best time to see the wildlife.
After our walking safari is finish we will be heading back to the hotel for hot lunch and time to relax before we head out for boat ride in the evening. With the boat ride we have a great chance to see different families of hippos and lucky enough to see fish eagle fishing.
Day 13:Naivasha To Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast we depart to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which will be a distance of 210KM translating to 6hours drive, due to the large stop Narok town.
Maasai Mara is named after the Maasai people who are the traditional people of the area. It has been classified among the seven wonders of the world due to the annual migration of the wild beast. We will arrive at Mara during lunch hours, we check in our rooms, take lunch then go for the afternoon game drive.
After the game drive we go back to the camp. For dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
Day 14: Full Day Game Drive at The Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After early morning breakfast we carry our packed lunch and we kick off a full day game drive. Lunch will be served at Mara River where the migration of the wild beast occurs. After lunch we take a walk a long the Mara River with the rangers for a photo session for the crocodiles and hippopotamus. We will head back to our truck and drive for 2KM to the border of Maasai Mara and Serengeti National Park. A game drive on our way back to the camp. It will be optional to those who are interested to visit the Maasai village to see the Maasai warriors dancing and their culture
Day 15: Maasai Mara To Nairobi
After breakfast we depart to the capital city of KENYA-NAIROBI, which will be 230KM translating to 4 ½ hours. We will pass through THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY, which starts from Israel to Mozambique and is about 9000KM.
Later we will proceed to Nairobi. After the arrival we check in the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 16: Flying From Nairobi To Stone Town Zanzibar
Depending on the flight time that will be available for the flight it will be time for heading to Zanzibar. Our first night will be at Stone Town city where you will be spending a night before heading to the northern side of the white sand. This will give you the best time to explore the city of stone as it is one of the historic with the salve trades early 1800s.
Day 17: Spice Farm Tour Then Head To Nungwi
After finishing with breakfast time to head out for another great agricultural trip. Zanzibar is well known with spice farming as nearly half of the natural spices we have in our shops come from Zanzibar.
This will be followed with a lovely local lunch cooked from one of the house fresh from the farm a good taste to experience African meal.
Day 18-20: Relaxation at the Beach
This will be your free time to enjoy the breeze of the blue water of Indian Ocean. But there will be some optional activities that can be done while in Zanzibar. Which include scuba diving, mneba island visit and sunset cruise.
Day 21:Tour Ends At 10am
You will be picked from the hotel and driven back to stone as this will be time to fly back home.
