Adventure Pass

Every adventure tour has an Adventure Pass, which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income.

Day 1. Nairobi to Samburu

Your journey commences in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. we will cover a distance of 324KM which translate to 6hours.On arrival during lunch hours ,lunch will be served at the camp. Later we will have an evening game drive.The unique and the specialty of Samburu is the wildlife which is totally different from other park we have in Kenya. Its famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as thGrevy’s Zebra, reticulated giraffes, Somali ostrich, the Beisa, Orex, Gerenuk.

Day 2. Samburu Game Drive

After breakfast , we embark on a tour of Samburu on an early morning game drive at about 6AM.Then drive back to the camp for lunch. Later that evening, we will go for an evening game drive in the Samburu National Reserve.
We will spend a night in a build Manyatta house build by Samburu people. Some activities such as Samburu cultural dance, fire making, goat slaughtering and roasting will also be available.

Day3: Samburu To Nanyuki.


Journey to Nanyuki which will be 118KM translating to 3 to 4 hours. This will also include a few stops, for the photo session, if Mount Kenya is clear at that time. Nanyuki has a history as it is known as the city where the railway ended due to the railway workers who were involved in alcoholic activities and having fun with ladies, which led to incompletion of their job. This gives you time to explore Nanyuki town before we head to our accommodation.

Day 4. Mount Kenya Day Trip ( Hiking Day)

After breakfast,its time to hit the road heading to the main entrance of Mount Kenya National Park. This will be a hiking day trip at Mount Kenya which is the second tallest mountain in East Africa as Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain and the only tallest standing mountain in the world.
We will carry packed lunch, to sustain us for the day.
The area has a history as the freedom fighters of Kenya used to hide in some cave as hide out from the British colony as Kenya was under the British colony. Most of the British people settled in the central province, and they introduced tea and coffee farming.

Day 5. Nanyuki To Nakuru

After breakfast, we start our journy to Nakuru. which will cover 180KM translating to 6hours .Lake Nakuru is referred to as a bird sanctuary this is because it hosts over 400 species of birds .The wsoda lake is a birding hotspot and supports a lot of birdlife including the flamingo.
Arrival will be durig lunch hours were lunch will be served and the hole afternoon will be for personal grooming.

Day 6. Nakuru to Naivasha

After breakfast ,with our packed lunch, we will head to Nakuru National Park, where by we will take our lunch in one of the picnic sites.Later we will have a game drive slowly heading to Naivasha, which will be 80KM from Nakuru town, a 2hour drive to lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in Kenya outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru county.
Naivasha as its one of the greatest place and one of the most famous places due the farming of roses flowers. Nearly 50% of the rose’s flowers in the world come from Naivasha and the main market is in Holland before it being taken to other places of the world.
From our hotel to Naivasha the distance to cover will be 210Km which will take nearly 6 hours drive due to stops in between as there will be some historical sites to visit.
Elsamere visit and Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The lake is almost 13kms across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres.
Lake area varies greatly according to rainfall, with an average range between 114 and 991 sq. kms. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Naivasha completely dried up and effectively disappeared. The resulting open land was farmed, until heavy rains a few years later caused the lake to return to existence, swallowing up the newly established estates.
The lake and its surroundings are rich in natural bounty, and the fertile soils and water supply have made this one of Kenya’s prime agricultural regions. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree.
At 0330 hours, embark on your afternoon boat ride on the shore of the lake and a visit to Elsamere Museum for a short movie of “Born Free” and High Tea before departing back to the lodge for dinner.

Elsamere Overview
Once a holiday home and later to be a retirement home for the Adamson’s, Elsamere remains a unique destination in Naivasha, At Elsamere history connects with the future as conservation is our main objective. Re-kindle the memories of Born Free by watching the documentary, The Joy Adamson Story and visiting the museum.
Later we will have an afternoon game drive, slowly heading to Lake Naivasha for the overnight stay.

Day 7: Exploring Lake Naivasha

After breakfast we will be doing an amazing activity which will give you a close encounter with wildlife. Nature walk is an activity that will give you a spectacular moment to come to wildlife from a range of 5 to 10 metres. This will be done in a open area where the animals moves freely and if you are lucky you will be apple to see some hyenas, jackals and some cats as leopards. The activity will be included and it always happen in the morning as that the best time to see the wildlife.
After our walking safari is finish we will be heading back to the hotel for hot lunch and time to relax before we head out for boat ride in the evening. With the boat ride we have a great chance to see different families of hippos and lucky enough to see fish eagle fishing.

Day 8: Naivasha to Maasai Mara

After breakfast we depart to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which will be a distance of 210KM translating to 6hours drive, due to the large stop Narok town.
Maasai Mara is named after the Maasai people who are the traditional people of the area. It has been classified among the seven wonders of the world due to the annual migration of the wild beast. We will arrive at Mara during lunch hours, we check in our rooms, take lunch then go for the afternoon game drive.
After the game drive we go back to the camp. For dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 9: Full day drive at Maasai Mara

After early morning breakfast we carry our packed lunch and we kick off a full day game drive. Lunch will be served at Mara River where the migration of the wild beast occurs. After lunch we take a walk a long the Mara River with the rangers for a photo session for the crocodiles and hippopotamus. We will head back to our truck and drive for 2KM to the border of Maasai Mara and Serengeti National Park. A game drive on our way back to the camp. It will be optional to those who are interested to visit the Maasai village to see the Maasai warriors dancing and their culture

Day 10: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast we depart to the capital city of KENYA-NAIROBI, which will be 230KM translating to 4 ½ hours. We will pass through THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY, which starts from Israel to Mozambique and is about 9000KM.
Later we will proceed to Nairobi. After the arrival we check in the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park,(SALT LICK SAFARI LODGE)

After breakfast we depart to Tsavo West Salt Lick Safari lodge which will take about seven 7hours. We will arrive during lunch hours, check in our rooms at the hotel and have lunch.
We will have an evening drive then back to the camp for the overnight stay.
The history of Salt Lick runs back to Mississippi in the 1800’s n SCOTT ROBERT is the current owner of the salt, which was found by his grandmother BETTIE HOWARD, who came to the land from Lesotho in 1867.
The evening activities for the day will be relaxing.

Day 12: Salt Lick

Early morning game drive without breakfast, but we will head out for a bush breakfast later. This will be a great place to experience life in the bush while enjoying the view of Taita hill. After a nice and lovely breakfast and more games, we return to the hotel for a relaxing evening and enjoy watching Elephants and other animals around our camp.

Day 13: Salt Lick to Diani Beach Mombasa Kenya.

After breakfast we depart to Diani Beach in South coast to explore the beauty of Diani Beach which shares the coast line with Tanzania. We will arrive around lunch hour and lunch will be served at the hotel. The whole afternoon will be for personal grooming.

14-16

Day 14-16: At Diani Beach.

We will be in one hotel for those nights so this will give you opportunities to decide what you can do or time to take a breath and relax.
Some activities you can do on the beach include; Dolphin tours, African pool that looks like the map of Africa when the ocean water has disappeared, Snorkeling or visiting any marine hotel.

Day 17: Tour ends at 10AM.
